Montgomeryshire Assembly Member Russell George visited a new development in Montgomery hosted by NHBC, Pickstock Homes and Mid-Wales Housing Association, to see how the site is delivering much needed, new affordable high-quality homes for the region.
Russell’s visit to the development in Churchstoke, Montgomery was led by Paul Edwards, NHBC’s Regional Director. The scheme which will deliver 100 per cent affordable housing, is being developed by Pickstock Homes, on behalf of Mid-Wales Housing Association. The visit highlighted the different types of homes being built and the local amenities that will be available for the residents.
As the UK's leading insurance and warranty provider of new homes, NHBC works closely with house builders to support the delivery of high-quality homes, and with Parliamentarians to develop and promote good housing policy.
