Its pitch black. One streetlight at the entrance near the hospital. We had to use torches to get to the bottom of the road. Our part of the town is full of old age pensioner homes, and this means that these pensioners have no way now of going out after it goes dark due to the safety concerns that they have.

Well done PCC. This on top of the vote to take away the pensioners train passes is going to get you a lot of anger from our residents.
